Miss Suzi sent out a challenge I believe on Thursday to put together a patriotic Petit Girl and I've been working on mine in small bits here and there since then. I wasn't sure if I'd get her done. I missed the holiday, but the actual deadline was today so I did it! Suzi teaches the most amazing courses and I've been able to elevate the level of my drawings and painting to a new level thanks to her classes. She is amazingly supportive of her students and lots of fun as well. If you've never heard of her or her classes I encourage you
to take a look. I'm sure you'll enjoy what you see at her site.

Sounds like a fun weekend. Your painting is lovely. I really like the fireworks you did behind the girl.

How beautiful! I love the layers and the pledge of allegiance (right? I am a transplanted Canadian here in Colorado, trying to learn all of this! lol) written out at the bottom. What white pen did you use? So many of my white pens won't write on top of mixed media things...
ReplyDeleteI am going to follow your blog, I love your work!
Really nice Petit Girl, Brandy. Is that you and Fozzy in the pic? :) x0x0
ReplyDeleteOk It's August already and just 'cuz you have pink hair doesn't mean you get to stop posting. Where are you...again!
